A meeting of specialists on occupational health and safety was held at the SESU
Between October 31 and November 1, 2023, a training and methodological meeting was held for the heads of occupational safety and health services of the Main Directorates of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the regions, Kyiv, central subordination units, educational institutions and research institutions, enterprises and organizations of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, with the involvement of representatives of the State Labour Service of Ukraine.
The event was aimed at improving the organization of work in this area of service, increasing the effectiveness of injury prevention among civil protection personnel and employees in the SES.
During this event, problematic issues were discussed and ways to solve them were identified. The main areas of development in the field of occupational safety for 2024 were outlined.
One of the main issues discussed was the development of the new Occupational Safety Rules in the SES System. A presentation was given by the representatives of the Institute Pruskyi A., head of the Department of fire prevention and life safety, Vasyliev I., professor of the Department of fire prevention and life safety, Golubets I., head of the Occupational safety sector.
