In August, 1,668 gas and smoke protection workers were trained  on the simulator (Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi regions).

Within the implementation of the International Technical Assistance Project «Enhancing Ukraine’s Civil Protection Capabilities», a working meeting of the representatives of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection and Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine with the delegates of the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance of the Federal Republic of Germany was held at the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection on November 3 – 4, 2021.

On September 7, 2021 a delegation from the Main School of the Fire Service (Republic of Poland) represented by Rector-Commandant, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor Mariusz Feltinovsky, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Wojciech Jarosz and Head of Chemical and Environmental Rescue Department Rafal Matushkevich visited the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection.
