The general meeting of labor collective was held at the Institute
Article 34 of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” stipulates the annual summing up of the Institute’s performance results for the relevant year with the hearing the report of the head of higher education institution before the highest collegial body of community self-government of the higher education institution, as well as publication of the head’s annual report on his activity and information on the level of achievement of target indicators of the higher education institution defined by the contract on the official website of higher education institution.
The general meeting of labor collective of the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection to sum up the results of the Institute’s activity for 2022 was held on February 3, 2023.
The report on Institute’s performance for 2022 was posted on the website of the Institute in advance, that allowed all the staff to view it. The general meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Board of labor collective meetings Ihor Vasiliev.
The head of the Institute Petro Volianskyi analyzed the work of the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection in 2022, particularly in educational and scientific areas, the functioning of the fire-testing ground as a scientific object of national heritage, material and technical support, financial and economic activity, work with personnel, etc. The main tasks of the Institute’s development for 2023 were outlined.
Yevhen Saietskyi informed about the plan of additional events based on the work results of the structural divisions of the Institute for 2022.
Based on the results of the general meeting of labor collective of the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection, a relevant decision was made: the report of the head of the Institute on the Institute’s work for 2022 was taken into consideration, and it was proposed to submit suggestions to the the Council of labor collective of the Institute for supplementing this decision taking into account the results of the discussion of report of the head of the Institute.
A number of personnel of the Institute received incentive awards (commendations) from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for the results of their work in 2022
