A final conference was held at the IPARCP
For the implementation of the Plan of basic measures of civil protection for 2022 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 28.12.2021 No. 1742, at the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection together with the Department of Aviation and Aviation Search and Rescue of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, on December 15, a final conference was held on the results of the operation of the aviation search and rescue system in Ukraine in 2022 under martial law. The event was held under the chairmanship of the head of the Department of Aviation and Aviation Search and Rescue of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Ivan Korobka. At the event, Petro Volianskyi, the head of the IPARCP, informed about the operation of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in wartime conditions and highlighted the main achievements of the Institute.
The participants of the conference analyzed in detail the state of operation of the aviation search and rescue system in Ukraine and the unified system for carrying out aviation search and rescue operations under martial law, identified problematic issues, and developed a common vision for the organization of aviation search and rescue during wartime.
The specified knowledge will be used in further work on the reorganization of the aviation search and rescue system and the unified system of conducting aviation search and rescue operations under the conditions of martial law taking into account the leading role of the military administration.
